Hollow shaft coaxiality ultrasonic inspection device
By rotating a hollow shaft (cylindrical shape) and measuring the wall thickness with ultrasound, the coaxiality of the inner and outer circles is measured!
The "Hollow Shaft Coaxiality Ultrasonic Measurement Device" is a device that uses ultrasonic waves to measure the wall thickness of the inner and outer surfaces of a shaft, calculating and determining the coaxiality based on the difference in thickness. By rotating the inspection material set on the measuring jig, the wall thickness around the entire circumference is measured to assess coaxiality. The measurement points can be made multi-channel, allowing for simultaneous inspection of multiple locations. If the type of measurement material changes, it is possible to accommodate this by exchanging the jig. The inspection results are saved to a PC within the data processing unit (usually in CSV format). The measurement materials include hollow shafts and cylindrical pipes, such as castings, sintered materials, camshafts, and resin pipes.
